CHALLENGE DAY 4 

Strength: 
Power Clean 5 sets of heavy touch-and-go doubles (5x2) 
Rest as needed between sets 

Conditioning: 
3 Rounds for time: 
40 Double-unders (no singles, spend 90 seconds working on doubles) 
30 KB Swing 24/16kg 
10 Power Cleans 155/105 

LITE Med Ball Clean 
EMOM 10 reps for 4 minutes then...

20 Light KB Swing
