WOD

STRENGTH
Every two minutes, for 14 minutes (7 sets):
Back Squat
*Set 1 - 5 reps @ 45-55%
*Set 2 - 5 reps @ 55-65%
*Set 3 - 3 reps @ 65-75%
*Set 4 - 2 reps @ 75-85%
*Set 5 - 2 reps @ 80-90%

*Set 6 - 5 reps @ 80-85%
*Set 7 - 5 reps @ 80-85%

CONDITIONING
Three sets of:
Three Minute AMRAP:
10 Ground to Overhead (95/65#)
10 Overhead Squat (95/65#)
10 Burpees
Rest 1 minutes between sets, pick up where you left off.
