WOD














VETERANS DAY. THANK A VETERAN FOR THEIR SERVICE. WE WOULDN'T BE HERE TODAY IF IT WEREN'T FOR THEM.

WOD:
5 Rounds for Time
10 Power Cleans 115/75#
10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20"
10 Overhead Squats 115/75#
10 Strict Pull Ups

Use a bar with the same weight for the power cleans and overhead squats. Use a weight you can go unbroken on the power cleans and OHS for the most part.  If you have to break a little after the first round or 2 that’s ok, but the goal is to keep moving. Alternate rounds of handstand holds and DB shoulder presses if no handstand push-ups. If 10 strict pull ups will take you forever scale to 5 or 7.  If you don’t have strict pull ups, scale to a band and still go without any swing.
