Reminder:
Our new hours begin this week.  We are open from 8:35-10:35 this morning and 4-7 this evening.

Strength:
10 minutes to establish 1 rep max Jerk (from a rack)

Conditioning Part 1:
In front of a clock set for nine minutes, record max reps:
2 minutes of Burpees
2 minutes of toes-through-rings
2 minutes of Handstand Push-ups
1 minute of Burpees
1 minute of toes-through-rings
1 minute of Handstand Push-ups

Conditioning Part 2:
Row 1k for time
