UPDATE: Heater is fixed!

Part 1:
5 Rounds for Time
9 Deadlifts 135/95
6 Hang Power Snatch
3 Overhead Squats

Scale the weight so each round can be unbroken

Part 2:
5 Rounds
20 GHD Sit Ups
3 Legless Rope Climbs (scale to 3 regular rope climbs if needed)

If you haven't been doing at least 15 GHD's in your warm-up, then do 15 Toes-to-bar for today's sit-ups instead of GHD's.  Don't have today be your first WOD with GHD's in it.

Extra Credit:
EMOM 10 Min
Complete the Complex each minute
1 Power Snatch
1 Full Squat Snatch
1 Overhead Squat
