Part 1:

Even: 40 Double Unders
Odd: 5 Handstand Push-ups (OR Max distance Handstand Walk)

Part 2:
10 Rounds for Time
10 Thrusters 95/65lb
3 Muscle Ups

If no muscle-ups, do 3 pull-ups and 3 dips, or 3 MU transitions, or 2 MU attempts per round.
