WOD

Strength Part 1:
Deadlift 

5 sets x 3 reps (80-90%)
(maintain perfect form, return the weight each time)
Conditioning:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Push-ups
50 Squats

Extra Credit:
Death by Strict Pull Up
1st min….1
2nd min…2
3rd min…3…and so on
these do not have to be unbroken
Continue until you can't complete the designated reps within the minute.
