WOD

Skill:
Send an extra 8 minutes on mobility.  Pick 2 mobility movements you have never done.

WOD:
5 rounds of:
30 wall-ball shots, 20/14-lb. ball
5 squat snatches (pick weight and scale as needed to hang power snatch or power snatch)
Rest 2 minutes between each round
