(use a bench for your knee)

WOD:
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 reps, Power Snatch 115/75lbs

Rope Climb x 3

Modified WOD:
Spend an extra 10 minutes on mobility

then...

3 rounds for time
Run 400m or Row 500m
10 Hang Power Snatch (light weight or pvc)
