Skill Work:
Spend 10 minutes working on handstand holds

Conditioning:
50 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
10 Squat Cleans 155/105#
40 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
8 Squat Cleans 155/105#
30 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
6 Squat Cleans 155/105#
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
4 Squat Cleans 155/105#
10 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
2 Squat Cleans 155/105#

Choose a weight for the squat clean that if you wanted to you could potentially do 8-10 in a row.  I am not advising that necessarily for this workout…but you could.
