Position 2: Floor
These don't have to be touch and go as long as you complete all movements within 1 minute.
5 rounds for time of:
115/85-lb. deadlift, 9 reps
115/85-lb. hang power snatch, 6 reps
115/85-lb. overhead squat, 3 reps
Use 1 bar with the same weight for all exercises.
