WOD

For Thanksgiving tomorrow, we we only be open for a group WOD at 9:00 a.m.  All other classes are canceled.

Strength:
EMOM 8
2- position Squat Snatch
Position 1: Just above the knee
Position 2: Floor

These don't have to be touch and go as  long as you complete all movements within 1 minute.

WOD:
5 rounds for time of:
115/85-lb. deadlift, 9 reps
115/85-lb. hang power snatch, 6 reps
115/85-lb. overhead squat, 3 reps

Use 1 bar with the same weight for all exercises.
