WOD

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLAIRE!

Strength:
10 minutes to establish 1 rep max back squat.  Be sure your trainer knows when you are getting close to your max for safety. If you don't get the Trainers attention, you will do a 25 burpee penalty.

Conditioning:
Taylor
4 rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
5 burpee muscle-ups (do 10 burpee pull-ups or 5 burpee bar muscle-ups instead)

If you've got a 20-lb. vest or body armor, wear it.
