EMOM 10
2 Position Squat Clean + 1 Jerk
Position 1: High Hang
Position 2: Floor + 1 Jerk

Each rep should be completed without dropping the bar.  Jerk only after the last squat clean.

Conditioning:
For time:
30 Bar Muscle-ups
135/95 pound Clean & Jerk, 21 reps
Row 2,000 meters

If no Bar muscle-ups, use a band.
