GROUP WOD

FOR THE BODY FAT TEST AND CHALLENGE, PLEASE BRING CASH OR CHECK ONLY!

Group WOD will be individual testing day for the challenge to include:
1 set max pull-ups (bands ok)
1000m row for time (all out effort required)
1 set max rep overhead squats 95/65 lbs. 

The dunk tank begins at 7am and ends at 12:15pm. You must complete your 3 tests AFTER the dunk tank.  Bring a towel and a swimsuit, along with workout clothes.
