WOD

Strength:
5 sets x 1 rep of each
Just above the knee:
Hang Power Clean x 1 then immediately Hang Squat Clean x 1

Both positions should start with a hold just above the knee.  Hold the "just above the knee" position for 1 second before lifting.

Work up to a heavy weight then stay there for 5 sets.

Conditioning:
Ten rounds for time of:
12 Burpees
12 Deadlifts 135/95lbs
