Warm-up:
Dynamic components plus air squats, push-ups, sit-up variety, light power clean, wall-ball, back extensions

WOD:
10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1
Hang Squat Clean 115lbs (women use 75lbs)
Wall-Ball, 20lb ball to 10' (women 14lbs to 10' target)

Hang squat clean starts from the "hang" position and a Full Squat IS required for each rep
