Warm-up:
Dynamic components plus push-ups, air squats, pull-ups, back extensions.

WOD:
Today we will do abmat sit-ups.  Typically this WOD rx'd is GHD sit-ups.  Times on our whiteboard are for GHD sit-ups only.
