Dynamic components plus light overhead squat, push ups, push press, sit up variety
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
135 pound Push press, 7 reps (women use 95lbs)
135 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps (women use 95lbs)
15 GHD Sit-ups
Only 4 GHD machines so plan your WOD time appropriately. If GHD's are being use, sub Toes-to-Bar instead
