Dynamic components plus air squat, push ups, Light SDHP, pull ups, dips

WOD:

Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups (do transitions or 7 pull-ups & 7 dips)
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps (women use 65lbs)
