Clean x 1.1.1.1 (rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 30 seconds
30 second Handstand Hold
Rest 2-3 minutes

Conditioning 
Three rounds for time of:
15 Deadlift (155/105#)
12 Hang Power Clean 
9 Front Squat 
6 Jerk 
Use the same barbell for all movements.
