30 second L-Sit (Use parallette or gymnastic rings)  
Rest 60 seconds 

Conditioning 
Four sets of 3-minute sprints of:
“Cindy”
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
Rest 90 seconds between each set. Pick up where you left off
