WOD

Warm-up:
EMOM 10
Even: 10 med ball clean and press
Odd: 40 double-unders or 60 singles
5 rounds of each

Conditioning:
16 Min EMOM
Min 1, 2, 3 – Thrusters 95/65, 5 reps
Min 4, 5, 6 – Thrusters 115/75, 5 reps
Min 7, 8, 9 – Thrusters 135/95, 5 reps
Min 10, 11, 12 – Thrusters 115/75, 5 reps
Min 13, 14, 15 – Thrusters 95/65, 5 reps
Min 16 – AMRAP Thrusters 95/65 (max reps in 1 minute)

Have your plates ready to go!



Maj's typical day of meals
Breakfast- Scramble 
2 eggs, sausage or bacon, green onion, artichoke hearts. Topped with avocado, grape tomatoes & Tobasco. Multivitamin & 2000 IU's vitamin D, Spark drink from Advocare. 

Lunch- big ass salad
Spinach & romaine, any leftover meat or lunch meat, every veggie we have in the fridge, avocado & walnuts, topped with balsamic vinegar & coconut oil OR olive oil. 

Snack- apple, ounce of meat, home-made trail mix

WOD at 4:00 followed by
2 scoops Progenex & water

Dinner- salmon patty, avocado, pickles wrapped in romaine lettuce side of steamed broccoli 

I'm all about convenience. I'll find a meal I enjoy and eat it until I start to get board with it. That being said, I do try to experiment with new dinner recipes once a week to expand my knowledge with cooking paleo.
