Congrats to Mandy for competing in the theteengauntlet.com competition on Sunday.  So far she's in 13th in the World!


Strength:
10 Min EMOM
3 Power Cleans…Heavy


These can be touch and go OR broken-up.

Conditioning:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 GHD Sit-ups
135 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

If you haven't been doing at least 20 GHD sit-ups in your warm-up, then do abmat sit-ups today. Or, if you haven't been doing CrossFit for at least 6-months, don't attempt GHD's.
