WOD

Congrats to Rena for Completing her CrossFit Level 1 Certification over the weekend!

Progenex:
Recovery bags are in! The price is $59.95 for a bag.  Each bag has 30 servings. Most people WOD between 4 and 5 days a week or 16-20 times per month.  If you use Recovery as Post-WOD nutrition, a bag will last for 1.5 to 2 months.  Is Progenex cheap? No. Is CrossFit cheap? No. Nonetheless, you get what you pay for.

The early morning 6:30-7:30 a.m. class begins today.  It will be offered on Monday's and Wednesday's as a trial.


Skill Work:
Practice free-standing handstands for 10 minutes.

Part 1:
6 Min Clock
3 rounds for time
15 Pull Ups
10 Deadlifts 225/155

If you finish the WOD, with the remainder of time do as many Handstand Push Ups as possible before the 6 minutes are up.

Part 2:
Tabata Pistols (alternating legs) (scale to Tabata air squats)
Tabata Hollow Rocks
