Dynamic components plus air squat, sit up variety, push ups, back extensions (do 10 pull ups each round if not climbing rope)

WOD
Three rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
20 GHD sit-ups (do 35 abmat sit-ups if needed)
10 foot Rope climb, 4 ascents (no jumping)
