DAY 1 OF THE CHALLENGE!!!

Buy-in:
EMOM 8 (4 rounds of each)
Even, Row 12/10 calories
Odd, Med ball clean and press 12/10 reps

WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 5 Thrusters, 95/65 lbs 7 Hang Power Cleans, 95/65 lbs 10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 95/65 lbs (stop people returning the bar at their waist before returning all the way to the ground)
