Burpee Day 42
Warm-up:
Dynamic components light pull-ups, light bench press, light back extensions, light sit-ups


WOD:
"Lynne"
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups


Post reps for both exercises in all rounds.


You have 30 seconds to get from bench-press to pull-ups.  Take up to 5 minutes rest between each round.  Remember on Friday's we close at 6:00 p.m.
