Dynamic components plus air squats, push-ups, sit up variety, light squat clean thrusters

WOD
Five rounds for time of:
Run 600 meters
95 pound Squat clean thruster, 15 reps (women use 65lbs)

Squat clean thruster = each rep starts from the ground, then a full squat clean into a thruster
