WOD

"Death by Pull-ups"

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to www.beyondthewhiteboard.com

DO NOT TEAR YOUR HANDS. . . IF YOUR HANDS ARE CLOSE TO TEARING, SWITCH TO RING ROWS OR EVEN PUSH-UPS. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T TEAR YOUR HANDS!!!

Then you should stop doing pull-ups and try a different exercise :)
