Rx'd sit-ups are GHD sit-ups
Do abmat sit-ups if you are unable to do full range of motion GHD sit-ups.
Do supermans if the back extension machine is unavailable.
Full range of motion GHD sit-up = hands touch the floor at the bottom and hands touch the pad at the top.
